Information Sales Audit Gathers and Tracks

1.  Anonymous Information The Sales Audit Websites log IP addresses for systems administration purposes. This gives us an idea of which parts of our site users are visiting. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. We also collect information about what types and versions of browsers are used. This allows us to enhance our site and ensure that nearly everyone can use it. Other similar statistics may also be collected.
2. Identifiable Information This information is collected in one of two ways: (1) when you register an account, and (2) when you participate in pulse surveys.
   1. • Registration Upon registering an account on the SALES AUDIT Website information such as your name, address, phone number, date of birth, gender, email address, and password will be stored. This information is needed to uniquely identify you.
      • Pulse Surveys By filling out the pulse surveys, your responses will be stored. These responses are what allow us to provide details suggestions to you and the company to ensure growth and longevity.

1. Your personal information will never be shared outside of our organization.
   • The administrative user for your companies account is the only person inside of your organization who can see personal information related to your individual profile. A very limited number of SALES AUDIT staff may also have access to private information.
2. Third-Party Services

   • Sales Audit utilizes a third-party AI provider. When you interact with our AI features, your data is processed by our third-party AI provider. This data is used solely to generate responses and is handled according with the provider’s privacy policy.

3. Survey Responses
   • Your survey responses will be used in conjunction with others responses to provide an overview of your companies sales health by roles, region, and other related demographics. Your individual responses will not be shared or viewable by anyone inside your organization.

Use of Data

While Sales Audit will not share any personal or specific information from you or your company, we may also use anonymized and aggregated data—which cannot be used to identify any individual or organization—for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Improving the performance and functionality of our platform
• Conducting research and analysis to inform product development
• Generating industry benchmarks and insights
• Publishing trends or reports that provide value to our customers and the broader market

Anonymization is performed using industry-standard techniques to ensure that no personal or identifiable information is included in these datasets.

We do not sell personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

A cookie is a small data file that some websites write to your hard drive when you visit them. SALES AUDIT uses a temporary cookie to keep track of the page you are at while you are logged in, but stores no personal information about your computer. This cookie is deleted when you exit SALES AUDIT Websites.

   SALES AUDIT operates a secure data network protected by an industry standard firewall and other security monitoring and intrusion protection devices.    An email address and password are required to access your information. You are ultimately responsible for the security of your password. Please take care to select a password that you don’t need to write down, but that is unique.
3. SALES AUDIT Staff Access
   Only a very limited number of SALES AUDIT employees are allowed to access to your personal information. All employees must abide by our privacy policy and any violations are subject to disciplinary action (up to and including termination). Access to systems is restricted and is not accessible through the Internet.

Correcting or Updating Your Information

You may modify your personal information by logging in. Once you have identified yourself by entering your email address and password you may then select ‘Update Your Personal Details’ or ‘Change Your Password’.

Removing Yourself from SALES AUDIT Websites and SALES AUDIT App

If you wish to be removed from a SALES AUDIT Website database for any reason you may contact our Help Center with your name and email address. Once we have verified your identity we will remove any existing information and/or access from our systems.

Contacting SALES AUDIT

Should you contact us through our Help Center we will contact you by the means you have specified. We will retain your message for later referral should you ever contact us again. Your request may also be used to determine areas of the site that may be enhanced in the future.
